The Alliance of Rockville Neighborhood Associations (ARNA) comprises community leaders representing the Homeowner, Civic and Neighborhood Associations throughout the City or Rockville.

ARNA participants share ideas, disseminate information and respond to issues relevant to the City of Rockville at large. The purpose is to maintain and enhance clear bilateral timely information paths between the City and its Neighborhoods.

ARNA members meet to develop a stronger sense of community through its Neighborhood Associations. Informed independent communities serve as a source of strength for the City Government to serve all its Citizens and to function as the Seat of Government for the County.
