Services

 

In House Engineering Services

 

In unit routine maintenance services is available to residents by calling the Management Office.  All work is scheduled on a priority/first-come, first served basis.

 

Labor charge is $50.00 per hour for work performed Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. except legal holidays.  Rates are billed in ½ hour increments with a ½ hour minimum.

 

Overtime rates are in effect for all other hours and all day on weekends and holidays.

Overtime charge is $75.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. 

 

Parts and Materials are billed at a rate of cost plus 5% tax and 5% for handling.

 

Services provided at no charge:  annual air conditioning preventative maintenance, performed each spring; replacement of standard faucet washers and seats.
