A meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled for 7:30PM, 14 September 2010

Location: 2306 McCormick Road, Rockville, MD 20850

· Board meeting are scheduled odd months, the second Tuesday at 7:30pmpm.

· All members/owners are invited to attend and observe the regular Board of Directors Meetings.

· This is not a Meeting of the Membership and the agenda is, therefore, established by the Board and we request that this be respected by anyone who attends.

Past meetings..

A regular meeting of the Board of Directors was 6 July 2010, it did not obtain a Quorum of board members, the president and treasurer reviewed past book keeping procedures. (no minutes)

The Association reconvened the annual meeting Tuesday, June 29 2010, 7:30m to 8:30pm at Rockville City Hall, it had been suspended on 15Jun. The new treasurer asked to defer his report. A new board was elected unanimously. Tim Fauber, Jane Li (new), Lee Emrich, Nancy Merill, Gary Bergal.

The association reconvened the special meeting 15Jun2010 7pm. It had been suspended Friday 30May2010 due to lack of a quorum. The membership approved a one time increase in annual dues of 30% sufficient to raise our operating budget $6,000, the vote was 25 For and 3 Opposed. The association announces the managing agent, Len Mihalko.

The annual meeting began at 7:30PM 15Jun2010 and was suspended. The annual meeting needed 40 members for a quorum. 14 were in attendance and there were 14 valid proxies. No elections for board of directors could be held due to a lack of a quorum. The Board of directors voted to approve the bid of a new Landscaping contractor, GreenLink. The annual meeting will be reconvened 29Jun2010.
