Executive Meeting

Association officers met with Tower-Dawson LLC representatives to review preliminary plans for a proposed new building at Tower Oaks.  Other subjects discussed included planning for a general meeting, officer elections, decision to stage a candidate forum in this City election cycle  and a review of recent news affecting the neighborhood.

May 19

General Meeting
Agenda items included a summary of potential refuse service changes, a presentation by Eric Stewart on neighborhood real estate, deferral of endorsing a traffic initiative, inspection of initial development plans for the West of Lake parcel at Tower Oaks, general news, old and new business.   Note, that while an election of officers was called, due to a lack of nominations, voting was cancelled a this time.  This leaves present officers carrying over their service from prior election.  A proposal for by-law changes to address this is expected in our next gathering.
