Construction is completed and Clyde's is open for business.
Planning approval for this development application will be sought at a public hearing with the Planning Commission, April 25, 7:00p, Council Chambers, City Hall.
We have received notice that a detailed CPD plan for Clyde's Restaurant at Tower Oaks has been submitted to the City for approval. A public hearing will be held on this subject, time and location TBA. The detailed plan includes 19,310 sq. ft. of floor area, somewhat less than the 25,000 sq. ft. conceptually approved.
Clyde's Restuarant chain, in coordination with Boston Properties, is proposing a new restaurant building in Tower Oaks. The site is just south of Wootton Parkway where the new Preserve Parkway road is being constructed, on the south-west corner. Their preliminary plan calls for a single story (plus partial basement) structure of 25000 sq. ft., with a forest lodge architetural style. A public hearing is scheduled for February 12 (@7:30 pm, City Council Chambers) where a decision on concept approval for the plan is expected.
