NOTE: THIS IS A PRELIMINARY PLAN. SUBSEQUENT MODIFICATION AND VARIATIONS MAY OCCUR.

This plan represents the preliminary proposal for a temporary construction route to access the failing retaining wall at the western boundary of the Villages at Tower Oaks. The red line at the bottom of the diagram represents the approximate position of the current retaining wall that must be reconstructed (note: this wall continues off the left side of this image). The gray area near the wall and back away across the creek and through the woods is the approximate area that must be cleared for site access and construction activity along the wall. This area is 50 feet wide immediately in front of the wall and as wide as necessary for the temporary access road and related grading. Cabin John Creek and Stoneridge Pond appear in blue. The brown line is the probable path of the temporary construction access road. The dotted black line near this is a security/safety/sediment fence. The yellow line shows the probable temporary re-routing of the existing pedestrian/bike path to preserve this public right-of-way throughout the construction.
