| Residents of New Mark Commons enjoy a host of amenities including tennis courts, a swimming pool, clubhouse, basketball court, walking paths, bike path, and playground.
The clubhouse is used for monthly Board of Directors meetings, annual meetings, swim team banquets, and other NMC-sponsored events. The clubhouse is available to residents to rent for private functions for a fee. The clubhouse rental form must be completed and fee paid prior to resident rental.
