Ricardo is a Civil Engineer, working for the last 20 years in general contracting and design, which focuses mainly on residential work. As original owners, he is looking forward to organizing improvements to preserve and improve the standards for the community.
Craig Kay, Treasurer

Craig has been a real estate professional since 1989, working as a custom builder in Kay Real Estate Consulting, LLC and an associate Broker at Weichert Realtors, in Potomac. Craig was a former Rose Hill HOA Board Member from 2002 to 2006. Craig is an original owner in the community with his wife, Stephanie, and his two children, Hallie (10) and Madison (8) and his dog, Lola.
Martha Till, Secretary

Martha is an associate director in the biopharmaceutical industry and has been a Rose Hill resident for seven years. She is interested in helping to maintain the quality of life and value of our homes in Rose Hill
Lisa Froble, Member at Large
103 Tall Grass Court
Lisa has served as the chairperson for the Rose Hill HOA Annual Halloween Party for the past 3 years, and authored 2 editions of the most recent version of our newsletter "On The Hill". Lisa has been a licensed child care provider for 17 years, a Rockville resident for 23 years, and a Rose Hill home owner for 8 years. Lisa looks forward to doing her part as a member of the community by improving community involvement and interest.
