About Our Community
Developed in 2000-2002 by Beazer Homes and John Laing Homes, Rose Hill is a community of 126 single-family, detached homes located near the heart of downtown Rockville.
Benefits of being Rose Hill Residents are:
- within 1 mile of Rockville Town Square, which celebrated its Grand Opening in Spring 2007. Rockville Town Square includes a public library, a pedestrian mall complete with shopping, restaurants, and movie theatre, and residential living.
