The Rockville Consortium for Science, Inc. works toward increasing the understanding of science within the Rockville community. We plan to establish a community science center, which will become a focus for the community’s science education resources and will be used to increase science literacy and encourage students to follow careers in science. We want to communicate the conviction that science is understandable, that the community prizes excellence in science, and that exploring the frontiers of science is a profoundly satisfying experience.
