Boston Properties has submitted a Detailed CPD Application for this project which includes some modification since the first proposal. Among changes are a reduction in building height (same number of floors, just not as tall) and different architectural treatment.

Boston Properties has announced plans to build an office building at the street address One Preserve Parkway, Ostensibly, this is the SE corner of Wootton and Preserve Parkways (entrance across the new road from the Clyde's driveway).
The present design for the building includes two additional stories (total of nine stories) beyond the CPD proposal for this particular parcel. The density allotment for the space of the additional stories is to be shifted from other un-built density within the CPD (and presumably from Boston Properties portion of the larger Tower Oaks tract). The density move and initial site plan was approved by the Mayor and Council by a 3 to 2 vote (the nay votes cited a lack of public notice and review of this change as a primary concern).
