- The Parking
Rules & Regulations states that ALL vehicles parked on the
Plaza must display either a Victoria hang-tag or a permit (available in
the lobbies). Parking on the Plaza is limited to a 6 hour period. NOTE:
Residents may not park their vehicles in the G1 Lobby level guest
parking at any time.
- Several incidents of vandalism have occurred in the
Highrise. Replacing and/or repairing property damaged by vandalism is
costly to everyone. All unit owners and residents are asked for their
vigilance and to report any out of the ordinary activity to the
Management office.
- We were advised by William Hamilton, City of Rockville Fire
Marshall, that fire code NFPA 72 p. 8-3.5 indicates that smoke
detectors must be replaced if in service longer than 10 years. Unit
owners are responsible for installing new smoke detectors.
- Skateboards are destructive to our Property. The Board and
Management have installed "Skateblocks" to deter skateboarders, but
they persist. Please contact the City of Rockville Police at the
non-emergency phone number - 240-314-8900 - to report skateboarders on
the premises.
