THE VICTORIA CONDOMINIUM PARKING RULES
Approved July 18, 2002
Parking in violation of the published Rules
& Regulations continues to occur.
Vehicles that abuse the policy are routinely
towed from the premises.
A. GARAGE PARKING FOR UNIT OWNERS & RESIDENTS
- Each Resident’s vehicle must be registered in the
management office. Victoria Resident hang-tags are issued free of
charge for each owned parking space. For purposes of security, i.e., to
facilitate neighborhood watch and management’s need to identify
vehicles, resident vehicles must display a Victoria Resident parking
hang-tag. The management office will issue new tags numbered to
correspond with garage parking spaces. The current red and yellow tags
will no longer be valid.
- Residents may not use guest parking for their vehicles.
- Washing and maintenance/repair of vehicles is not permitted
in the garage or the plaza.
B. GARAGE PARKING FOR GUESTS
- Resident Guest vehicles shall display weekly printed guest
tags at all times. Guest vehicle spaces are available for short term
parking (72 consecutive hours or less) in the garage.
- Weekly printed guest permits, which will be valid from each
Tuesday to the following Tuesday, will be made available in the
mid-rise and hi-rise lobbies, 24 hours per day.
- Long-term guest vehicle parking (more than 72 consecutive
hours) is available by arrangement with management.
- Guests may park their vehicles only in specifically
designated guest parking spaces.
- Guest vehicle parking is available on a “first come, first
served” basis.
C. PLAZA PARKING
- Plaza parking shall be for Residents, Resident’s Guests and
Victoria Contractors only.
- Printed guest permits as described in Paragraph A and B
must be displayed at all times.
- Parking in the plaza shall be limited to a maximum of six
(6) hours.
D. ENFORCEMENT
- Management has arranged for a Towing Company to make
periodic sweeps of the guest spaces in the garage, the plaza and the
breezeway. Vehicles parked in these areas without valid Victoria
hang-tags or in violation of the above stated rules will be towed.
- Individual residents/owners can tow illegally parked
vehicles from their personal assigned garage spaces. Towing will be at
the vehicle owner’s risk and expense.
- In the interest of fairness, the Association will not
permit Unit Owners with more resident vehicles than the number of
deeded parking space(s) to use guest parking as a free place to park.
Vehicles abusing this policy will be towed.
